「同區互助」 - 「第一站:深水埗」

Background:-

建祝/足印 had formed a voluntary team with some 100 social workers/staff of over 80 NGOs/social welfare institutes collecting free furniture/electric appliance and delivering free of charge to the deprived group communication via whatsapp without office, without staff, without storage warehouse, delivering the furniture/electric appliance door to door basis by the volunteers/hired gogovan/moving house company with charitable price sponsored by charitable foundations, keeping a zero administration cost. Totally more than 1500 furniture/electric appliance had been delivered free. Below is the data up to end of August.

Proposed Project:-

For a more effective operation in terms of mobilization of the volunteers and cost of transportation, we are setting up an alliance of volunteers in ShamShuiPo and nearby areas to help promoting/collecting the free furniture in the estates near ShamShuiPo district and delivering them to the needy mainly in SSP.

The alliance voluntary teams would likely include those invited by voluntary teams in the churches serving the needy in local districts, local corporation, fitness centers for the big boys, insititutes/schools, and so on to form a bigger and stronger team for sharing resource among the needy in this local community.

同區互助-第一站：深水埗

建祝/足印義工隊及超過一百多名社工/同工/義工以及一百多個不同的社福機構合作，以whatsapp 形式每天緊密聯繫，每天會幫助受惠人於群組尋找物資。

而運送亦會door to door 由義工及運輸公司免費運送。

至八月份數據顯示，已送出超過1500件二手傢電给予弱勢社群。我們運輸公司亦會以慈善價為我們服務，而運輸費亦會由赞助我們的慈善機金負責，我們「建。祝義工隊」是一個全義工參與、零行政經費下誠心誠意為社會做一點有用的事，建祝義工隊為減少開支，所以沒有職員，沒有寫字樓及沒有倉庫的義工團隊。

【擬議計劃】

為了在調動義工和運輸成本方面進行更有效的運作，我們正在深水埗及附近地區設立同區互助聯盟，協助推廣/收集深水埗區附近地區的免費傢俱，並將其送至有需要人士主要亦在深水埗區。 同區互助隊可能邀請包括在當地服務有困難的教會，公司，健身中心，學校等組成的一個更強大的團隊資源，共享在這個地方社區的需要。
